Black Beans

Otherwise known as Black Turtle Beans and frijoles negros, Black Beans are small and round in size. These earthy flavored, shiny, black beans are beloved in Mexico, Central and South America and all over the Southwestern US. They are popular in salads, soups and burritos. Also try them as a topping on your baked potato or as a substitute in traditional chili.
